Parmesan Roasted Green Beans

Tender Green Beans kissed with Parmesan  Cheese are the perfect side dish. 

A quick and easy side dish to complement any entree.

Parmesan Roasted Green Beans by I Wash You Dry 

Makes 6 servings


1 ½ pounds green beans, fresh & trimmed at ends
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Parmesan Roasted Green Beans (ph I Wash You Dry)



Making the Green Beans:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.

Coat the green beans in the olive oil, then add the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir to coat.

Spread in an even layer on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minute. Use a spatula to flip the green beans and continue cooking another 10 minutes, until tender.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
